Prior to founding NovaWulf, Jason was the Chief Executive Officer of Onex Credit Partners, a $23 billion alternative credit manager which is wholly-owned by Onex Corporation (TK: TSX: Onex). Prior to joining Onex Credit, Jason spent 15 years at Blackstone where he was a Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of Distressed and Special Situation Investing for GSO Capital Partners ("GSO"). Jason was an original partner of GSO and a member of the GSO Investment Committee. Jason was the portfolio manager of several GSO funds and separately managed accounts including, among others, the GSO Capital Solutions Funds, the GSO Credit Alpha Funds and the GSO Special Situations Fund. Before joining GSO in 2005 Jason was a senior member of the Distressed Group at Credit Suisse. Jason started his career as an attorney with Sidley Austin. Jason holds a B.A. from Allegheny College and a J.D. from Duke University.

NovaWulf also collects and uses certain non-personal information in anonymous and/or aggregate form to track data such as the total number of visits to our Sites and the number of visitors to each page of our Sites. We use this information to understand how visitors use the Sites so that we may improve them. We may alsoshare this anonymous and/or aggregate information with our affiliates and third parties. This data may include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit sites, operating system, date stamp and clickstream data. NovaWulf uses this information, which does not identify individual users, to analyze trends, administer the Sites, track users’ movements around the Sites and gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. Use of Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies

Cookies are small pieces of data, stored in text files, that are stored on your computer or other device when you load websites in a browser. Cookies are widely used to “remember” you and your preferences, either for a single visit (“session cookie”) or for multiple repeat visits (using a “persistent cookie”). While we currently do not use cookies on our Sites, we may decide to use them in the future. NovaWulf also employs clear gifs (a/k/a web beacons/web bugs), that help us better manage content on the Sites. Clear gifs are similar in nature to cookies. Clear gifs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier that are used to track the online movements of visitors to the Sites. In contrast to cookies, which are stored on a user’s computer hard drive, clear gifs are embedded invisibly on web pages and are about the size of the period at the end of this sentence. We do not link the information gathered by clear gifs to any personally identifiable information.

Links to Third-Party Websites

NovaWulf may place hypertext links on the Sites that connect to third party websites. NovaWulf has no control over these linked sites or their content. Your use of such linked sites will be subject to such sites’ terms of use and privacy policies and not NovaWulf’s, so be sure to read them before using such sites or transmitting any information to such sites.

Measures Taken to Secure Your Data

NovaWulf follows generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us. No method of electronic storage, however, is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially reasonable means to protect any personal information you submit through the Sites, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
